What Dad says about stock investment!!
Initially my dad was not much convinced with the fact that I should put money into stocks as an investment. I did convince him with some examples of good moves and good returns from stock market. So Dad gave me good advice which I havent yet followed but will do soon. He said "If you are not sure when you are selling your stock holdings at a price which is going to go up or down, Take out your principal amount and just keep your profits in the Market". Which means less chances of total loss on due course of time as no one can predict the Market and more chances of large profit as you did your home-work before buying the stock.
I like the idea of keep rolling the principal amount as you do home-work from one stock to another and keep leaving the profit in the Market for each of your stock. In long run it will give good return and you will never regret and use "If I would not have" or "If I would have" sold this one :)
This means I will always be in the Market as it goes high or low, and as its proven that over time stock investment has always beaten all other handy investments.
Thankyou Dad, I like your idea.
